What We Do

We believe in delivering top quality network installations, from basic
small business network's with one server and ten PC’s, or a fully internet
hosted solution for a multi-site company with remote access to business
software, files & emails on the move.
We provide two support options:-
1. Ad-Hoc - you contact us, and we will arrange a remote
session or site visit to fix your problem.
2. Annual support Contract - you pay a small monthly
fee, for this you get unlimited phone/remote/onsite support & weekly
pro-active server health checks.
We are fully Microsoft certified with a loyal client base.

For Support contract: payment is monthly payable in advance.
Ad Hoc work: payment is required within 7 days of invoice.
Equipment:
For equipment supplied by notworknetwork, payment is due on completion of installation. Title to goods supplied does not pass until payment in full for equipment and installation costs has been PAID IN FULL. Any Work required to any equipment where the failure to the equipment has been caused by customer negligence/ missuse/ water damage/ or similar event will be charged at standard rate and will not be covered by maintenance contract.
